Mad World
Mad World is inspired by the daily drudgery of an office worker working a 9-5 job.
Choreographed by Kenrick Sandy and Vicky "Skytilz" Mantey, the piece incorporates Popping and mime to reflect the emotions and movements of the character's inner and working life.
Multi-talented Kenrick Sandy is at the forefront of the UK Hip Hop Nu-Style dance scene as a dancer and choreographer. As co-founder of Boy Blue Entertainment, one of the UK's most exciting streetdance companies, Kenrick and partner Michael "Mikey J" Asante continue to inspire and innovate.
Winners of the 2007 Olivier Award for Outstanding Achievement in an Affiliate Theatre for their critically acclaimed production of Pied Piper at the Theatre Royal Stratford East, Boy Blue Entertainment has been represented at Breakin' Convention since its inception in 2004.
Mad World was commissioned by East London Dance for their 20th birthday celebration in 2007
