Status & Mexalon (UK)
Status is a street/Hip Hop dance crew from South East London; they have been working together for the past four years. The crew have performed in a variety of community and commercial events and choreograph and arrange their own music. The Status dancers are dedicated to their training and where possible learn a wide range of styles; two of the group train with the Royal Ballet through the Chance to Dance programme. Dancers from the crew have performed across the UK and in France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Dubai and all over the UK to sell out audiences.
For BC08 Status collaborate with street dance crew Mexalon to present this new work.
